"Although I am completely satisfied with the quality of the new stoop and front walk installed, I am disappointed with the cleanup. The crew tossed solar lights and figurines into the shrubbery and did not put them back at the end of the job. I had to dig them out of the bushes myself and put them back. In addition, they parked an earth-moving vehicle in the back yard during the job and left clumps of mud behind on the lawn when they removed it."

"I just started using Kirk’s this year and I must say I am impressed with the lawn-mowing quality and the ease of billing. On-time billing was a terrible issue with my last mower. The guys come in, mow the lawn, weed my plants and bushes (an extra service but worth it) and when they leave I get my bill (already paid with autopay). Simple as that! And if there are any issues (like rain delay) Kirk is very responsive. I’ll be taking advantage of more services offered by Kirk."
